After sitting out a strong westerly wind in Blind Bay that came in with rain I moved northwest to Stuart Island, one of my favorites. I decided to try anchoring on the north side in Prevost Harbor this time as it opens up towards South Pender Island and Bedwell Harbor where Canadian Customs is. I didn't have plans to hike on Stuart Island and I will miss not picking up some new t-shirts from the couple that sells them their. My back still complains when I spend too long on my feet so no long walks for a while longer.
I don't know what it would be like to like to live on Shaw Island but every time I stay in Blind Bay I wonder exactly that.
